Ingredients
Material: Polyvinyl Chloride, Polypropylene, Silicone
Directions for Use
- Stretch the diaphragm opening using your thumb.
- Insert your leg into the sleeve, extending it to fully cover the cast.
- To ensure a waterproof seal, push the diaphragm ring toward the cast, making sure the ring edge is pointed upwards.
- To remove, dry the protector and stretch the diaphragm with your thumb to slide your leg out of the sleeve.
Storage & Warnings
DO NOT allow water to enter the cast protector. Avoid using detergents that contain abrasives, strong acids, or alkalis, and keep out of direct sunlight. If the interior becomes contaminated and cannot be thoroughly cleaned, discontinue use and replace the product.
For washing:
- Gently wipe the outer surface with a soft damp cloth or sponge to remove dirt. Use a mild detergent for stubborn stains.
- Wipe off any detergent with a damp cloth to ensure no residue remains. Rinse with water if necessary.
- Thoroughly dry with a cloth, ensuring no moisture is left on the outer surface. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
Warnings:

- Check for leaks before use and inspect the diaphragm and sleeve for damage or wear.
- Avoid use on irritated or broken skin where the diaphragm comes in contact.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
