Ingredients
The travel case is made from ethylene-vinyl acetate. The pen pouch includes two-component polymeric fibers, with an outer cover and inner pouch made from polycotton and panels containing non-toxic, non-flammable crystals.
Directions for Use
Travel Case: The case features separate compartments for organizing bulkier items, such as insulin pumps, snacks, and additional insulin pens.
Cooling Pouch:
- Immerse the inner pouch containing the crystals in cold water for 8-10 minutes.
- Ensure crystals are evenly spread in the pouch while soaking.
- After soaking, remove the pouch, drain for 5 minutes, and gently dry.
- Store medication in the cooler bag with the activated pouch. Re-immerse the pouch every 36 hours or sooner as needed.
- If not in continuous use, store the pouch in a dry place until needed.
Sharps Containers:
- Slide to open the container.
- Insert the pen tip to dispose of used needles without the plastic cap.
- Lock the container permanently once full before disposal.
When not in use, remove the cooling pouch from the outer cover and allow it to dry naturally until the gel returns to its original crystal form, which may take 2-4 weeks depending on size and climate.
Storage & Warnings

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
