The Glucology Travel Case is designed for daily use, especially for those with an active lifestyle. Its protective hard shell safeguards delicate accessories from impact.

  • Organizes essentials such as insulin pens, glucose meters, and wipes in one place.
  • Available in two sizes:
    • Classic Size Case: Slim and compact, perfect for short trips. Dimensions: 20cm long, 14.5cm wide, and 4cm deep.
    • Plus-Size Organizer: Offers additional space with separate compartments for bulkier items. Dimensions: 20cm long, 14.5cm wide, and 9cm deep.
  • Available in four colors: Blue, Black, Red, and Pink, with seasonal patterns like Flowers, Cactus, and Planets.

The Glucology Cooling Pouch is designed to maintain the temperature of insulin for up to 36 hours. It requires no batteries or ice packs—just immerse in cold water to activate. This pouch is reusable, compact, and lightweight, making it ideal for travel and daily use.

  • Keeps insulin at a safe temperature range of 18-26°C (64.4-78.8°F).
  • Compatible with various insulin pens, including NovoFine and Humalog KwikPen.

The Glucology Pocket Bins provide a secure way to dispose of used needle tips and lancets. These compact containers easily fit into your bag or pocket, allowing for convenient disposal.

Ingredients

The Travel Case is made from ethylene-vinyl acetate, and the Pen Pouch features a polycotton outer cover with an inner pouch made from two-component polymeric fibers containing non-toxic, non-flammable crystals.

Directions for Use

Travel Case: The case features separate compartments for organizing bulkier items, including insulin pumps and additional insulin pens.

Cooling Pouch:

  • Immerse the inner pouch in cold water for 8-10 minutes.
  • Ensure crystals are evenly spread inside during soaking.
  • Remove the pouch, allow it to drain for 5 minutes, and dry it gently with tissues or a towel.
  • After drying, place medication in the cooler bag with the activated pouch. Re-immerse every 36 hours or sooner if necessary.

Pocket Bins:

  • Slide to open the container.
  • Insert the pen tip and twist to release the needle into the bin.
  • Dispose of used needles without the plastic cap.
  • Lock the container once full for secure disposal.

When not in use, remove the cooling inner pouch and allow it to dry out naturally. The drying period may take 2-4 weeks.

Storage & Warnings

The Glucology Travel Case and Cooling Pouch are sold separately. Ensure insulin pens are at the manufacturer's recommended temperature before placing them in the cooler bags. Always refer to the manufacturer's information for specific medication storage instructions.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
