Ingredients
The cooling pouch is made from two-component polymeric fibers. The outer cover and inner pouch consist of polycotton, containing non-toxic and non-flammable crystals that transform into a cooling gel.
Directions for Use
To activate the cooling pouch:
- Immerse in Cold Water: Submerge the inner pouch in a bowl of cool water for 10-12 minutes until the crystals absorb the water and the pouch feels cool to the touch.
- Remove & Dry: Take the pouch out of the water, pat dry with a towel, and insert your insulin pens or GLP-1 injections.
- Enjoy Cooling: Your medication will remain protected at a stable temperature for up to 45 hours.
For reactivation, simply re-immerse the pouch in cold water for another 45-hour cycle.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
