The cooling pouch maintains insulin at a safe temperature range of 18-26°C (64.4-78.8°F) and is compatible with various insulin pens from brands including NovoFine, Lantus SoloStar, and Humalog KwikPen.

Directions for Use
Pouches:
- Immerse the inner pouch in cold water for 8-10 minutes.
- Ensure crystals are evenly spread inside the pouch while soaking.
- Remove pouch from water, let drain for 5 minutes on a flat surface.
- Gently dry the cooler bag before placing medication inside.
- Re-immerse the pouch every 36 hours or as needed to maintain cooling.
Glucochews:
- Chew 1-4 chews as needed for a quick energy boost.
- For optimal performance, consume 15 minutes before a workout.
- Store in a dry place below 30ºC. Best before 24 months from manufacturing date.
Sensor:
- Remove battery insulation sheet from the sensor.
- Download the “GlucoMedi Sensor” app on your smartphone.
- Connect the sensor to the app via Bluetooth and customize settings.
- Access charts and temperature history through the app.
Storage & Warnings
Pouches: Ensure insulin is at the manufacturer's recommended temperature before use. Store in a dry place when not in use, and allow the inner pouch to dry out naturally until the gel returns to crystal form.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
