The Smart Insulin Cooling Bundle is designed to ensure your insulin and medications remain cool while you are on the go. By maintaining the recommended temperature range, this bundle helps prevent medication degradation and preserves effectiveness.

Our Glucology cooling pouches keep your insulin cool for up to 36 hours, making them an essential accessory for health management. Unlike traditional cooler bags, no batteries or ice packs are required; simply immerse the pouch in cold water to activate. This reusable pouch can be re-activated easily, ensuring continuous cooling benefits during your travels, outdoor activities, or daily commutes.

Ingredients

Pouches: Made from two-component polymeric fibers with an outer cover and inner pouch of polycotton, containing non-toxic and non-flammable crystals.

Glucochews: Ingredients include Sucrose, Dextrose, Acidity Regulator (330), Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Minerals (Calcium, Phosphate, Ferrous Sulphate), Povidone K-30, Vitamins (Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin D2), and Sodium Benzoate (E211).

Sensor: Includes the sensor, back clip, 3M tape, lanyard, and bracket.

Directions for Use

Pouches:

  • Immerse the inner pouch in cold water for 8-10 minutes.
  • Ensure the crystals are evenly spread inside the pouch while soaking.
  • Remove the pouch from the water and let it drain for 5 minutes.
  • Gently dry the pouch and place your medication inside.
  • For ongoing storage, re-immerse the pouch every 36 hours.

Glucochews: Chew 1-4 chews for a quick energy boost. For athletes, consume 15 minutes before a 30-minute workout. Store in a dry place below 30ºC, and consume within 24 months from the manufacturing date printed on the packaging.

Sensor:

  • Remove the battery insulation from the sensor.
  • Download the “GlucoMedi Sensor” app on your smartphone.
  • Follow app instructions to connect and set temperature alerts based on your needs.
  • Review temperature history within the app.

Storage & Warnings

Pouches: Ensure insulin is at the recommended temperature before placing it in the cooling pouch. Check the manufacturer's instructions for specific storage requirements.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
