Cooling pouch material includes two-component polymeric fibers with an outer cover and inner pouch made of polycotton containing non-toxic and non-flammable crystals.
Directions for Use
For Glucochews:
- Chew 1-4 chews when an energy burst is needed. Chew thoroughly before swallowing.
- If exercising, consume 15 minutes prior to a 30-minute workout.
For the cooling pouch:
- Immerse the inner pouch in cold water for 8-10 minutes.
- Ensure crystals are evenly spread inside the pouch during soaking.
- After soaking, drain excess water and dry the pouch.
- Place the medication in the cooler bag with the activated pouch.
- Re-immerse the pouch in water every 36 hours or when cooling effect diminishes.
- When not in use, dry the inner pouch naturally until crystals reform (2-4 weeks).
Storage & Warnings
Store in a dry place below 30ºC. Best before 24 months from the manufacturing date (as indicated on packaging).

Pens must be at the manufacturer's recommended temperature before placing them in the cooling pouch. Check the specific temperature requirements for your medication.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
