These lashes are reusable up to five times and come with a hypoallergenic and latex-free adhesive. Additionally, they are cruelty-free.

Ingredients
The adhesive contains the following ingredients:
- Acrylates/Ethylhexyl Acrylate Copolymer
- Propylene Glycol
- Phenoxyethanol
- Ethylhexylglycerin
Directions for Use
For optimal results, follow these steps:
- Curl your lashes and apply one coat of mascara before applying the lashes.
- Measure the lashes against your eye and trim the band to the correct length.
- Using the lash applicator, gently grasp the lash at the base, leaving the lash band exposed.
- Apply a thin coat of the included adhesive to the lash band. Wait 20-30 seconds until the glue becomes sticky to ensure proper adhesion.
- Gently press the applicator above your natural lashes along your lash line. Release the lash applicator once the entire lash is secure.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply adhesive directly to eyelids, and avoid direct contact with eyes. For external use only. If irritation occurs, rinse immediately with water.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
