Gaviscon Infant Powder for Oral Suspension is designed to help manage regurgitation and gastric reflux in infants and young children. This product works by thickening the stomach contents, making it more difficult for reflux to occur. It helps reduce the frequency of milk being brought up, making feeding time more comfortable for both the baby and caregiver.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients:
- Sodium Alginate: 22mg
- Magnesium Alginate: 87.5mg
Contains gluten from wheat (less than 20ppm).
Directions for Use
For infants aged 1-2 years:
- Breast-fed: Add 5ml of cooled, boiled water to the powder in a glass. Mix to a smooth paste, then add another 10ml of water. Administer after each feed using a spoon or feeding bottle.
- Bottle-fed under 4.5kg: Mix into at least 115ml of each feed in the bottle and shake well.
- Bottle-fed over 4.5kg: Mix into at least 225ml of each feed in the bottle and shake well.
Storage & Warnings
Storage Temperature: Store below 30 degrees Celsius.
- Please read the enclosed leaflet before use.
- Do not use Gaviscon Infant with other feed thickening agents or infant milk preparations containing a thickening agent.
- Do not exceed the stated dosage.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Not suitable for infants under 1 year of age, except under medical supervision.
- Contains mannitol and sodium, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea.
- Each sachet contains approximately 23.9mg of sodium. Consult your healthcare professional if your infant is on a low sodium diet.
- The maximum daily dose for infants over 4.5kg (10lb) is equivalent to 3.45g of mannitol E421.
- Do not administer more than six times in 24 hours.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
