Gaviscon Dual Action is designed to provide fast and long-lasting relief from the discomfort of heartburn (gastric reflux) and indigestion. It offers a dual-acting formula that helps to reduce excess stomach acid and forms a protective layer over the stomach contents.
This product is suitable for adults and children over the age of 6, but is not recommended for those under 6 years old. Please note that the maximum total daily intake (80mL) contains 1023mg of sodium, which should be considered for those on a low sodium diet.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients per 10mL:
- Sodium alginate 500mg
- Sodium bicarbonate 213mg
- Calcium carbonate 325mg
This product also contains hydroxybenzoates, saccharin, and sodium.
Directions for Use
For children aged 6-12 years, take 1 sachet as needed after meals and before bedtime, up to 4 times a day. For individuals over 12 years, take 2 sachets as needed, up to 4 times a day.
To use, massage the sachet well, tear along the perforated line, and squeeze the liquid from the bottom of the sachet directly into the mouth or onto a spoon.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Protect from extremes of heat and cold, and do not store in motor vehicles. Keep out of reach of children.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
