- Calcium carbonate: 187.5mg

Directions for Use
For children aged 6-12 years: Take 2 tablets as needed after meals and before bedtime, up to 4 times per day. For individuals over 12 years: Take 4 tablets as needed under the same conditions. Chew tablets thoroughly before swallowing, and follow with water if desired.

Damaged or Defective Items
