Directions for Use
Follow these simple steps to colour your hair:
- Wear the provided gloves during preparation and application.
- Apply the prepared product to dry, unwashed hair, massaging it through and focusing on the roots. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly and apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the after-colour conditioner. Leave it on for 3 minutes, then rinse again.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Perform a patch test 48 hours prior to use to check for allergic reactions.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
