Directions for Use
Using Garnier Olia is straightforward and enjoyable:
- Wear gloves throughout preparation and application.
- Apply the prepared product to dry, unwashed hair, ensuring even distribution and focusing on the roots. Leave on for 30 minutes.
- Rinse hair thoroughly and apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the included multi-application conditioner. Leave it on for 3 minutes before rinsing again.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Always perform a patch test 48 hours before use to check for allergic reactions.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
