General Information
Fusion Health's ViraForce™ is designed to alleviate common cold and flu symptoms. It features a patented extract of andrographis (AP-Bio®) along with vitamin C and zinc, which support healthy immune system function. This upgraded formula, previously known as Activiral, is effective in providing relief from symptoms such as sore throat, runny nose, cough, fatigue, disturbed sleep, and mild fever, as well as symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections (URTIs).

Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule contains:
- Andrographis (Andrographis paniculata) AP-Bio® leaf 67mg, min. dry equivalent 871mg, standardized to andrographolide 23.45mg
- Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) root 100mg, dry equivalent 1g
- Honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica) flower bud 166.7mg, dry equivalent 3.3g
- Olive (Olea europaea) leaf 58.5mg, min. dry equivalent 526.5mg, standardized to oleuropein 14.04mg
Plus nutrients:
- Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 166.7mg
- Zinc (as zinc glycinate monohydrate) 5mg
Suitable for vegetarians and vegan-friendly.
Directions for Use
Take 1 capsule three times a day with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight. Do not use if the cap seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. This product has a shelf-life of 24 months.
Warnings:
- Andrographis may cause taste disturbances and allergic reactions in some individuals. Discontinue use and seek immediate medical attention if adverse symptoms occur.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
