General Information

Fusion Pain Relief Gel is designed for muscles and joints. It features white turmeric, traditionally used in Chinese medicine to alleviate symptoms of soft tissue injuries, including pain. The gel also contains menthol to reduce inflammation and ease mild joint and muscle pain, along with magnesium, arnica, and wintergreen oil.

Ingredients

Each gram contains:

  • Arnica (Arnica montana) flower 2mg, dry equivalent 20mg
  • White turmeric (Curcuma zedoaria) rhizome 5mg, dry equivalent 50mg
  • Wintergreen oil 55.56mg
  • Menthol 25mg
  • Magnesium (as magnesium chloride hexahydrate) 8.37mg

Directions for Use

Adults should massage a thin layer into the affected area(s) up to four times a day. Avoid using on broken or damaged skin.

Storage & Warnings

This product is for external use only and contains methyl salicylate and ethanol (20% w/w). Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant, breastfeeding, or in children 6 years of age or younger. If you have sensitive skin, test the product on a small area of skin before broader application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and avoid contact with eyes.

Application to the skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight; therefore, avoid prolonged sun exposure. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional.

Store below 30°C. Do not use if the seal on the tube is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
