The main ingredient is Sodium Chloride (0.81 g/g powder for solution).
Directions for Use
For first-time use, wash the bottle, tube, and cap thoroughly with warm soapy water. Follow these steps:
- Fill the bottle with lukewarm pre-boiled water up to the FILL line.
- Add one FLO Sinus Care sachet into the bottle, screw on the cap tightly, and shake until dissolved.
- Standing next to a basin or in the shower, lean forward and tilt your head down.
- Insert the tip of the cap gently into one nostril, breathe through your mouth, and squeeze the bottle gently until the solution drains from the opposite nostril. Repeat on the other nostril with the remaining solution.

Storage & Warnings
Do not use FLO Sinus Care if:
- You have a bleeding disorder or are taking anticoagulants unless advised by a health professional.
- You have nasal tumors.
- You have recently undergone middle ear surgery.
- You have a condition that affects swallowing.
Warnings:
- Not suitable for children under 4 years of age without medical advice.
- Do not use if any sachets are damaged or tampered with, or after the expiry date.
- Replace the FLO sinus wash bottle after 3 months of use.
- Always use as directed and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
