Directions for Use
To use FlexEze Heat Patches:
- Remove 1 or 2 Heat Patches from packaging.
- Insert the patches into the FlexEze Heat Wrap without removing the backing paper, ensuring the paper side faces away from your body. If not using the wrap, the patch can be stuck to clothing.
- Wrap the Heat Wrap around the treatment area and secure it with the Velcro.
The Heat Wrap activates upon exposure to air, reaching full temperature in approximately 30 minutes. Use caution and monitor if you have sensitive skin. Do not cut, fold, or knead the Heat Patches, and ensure they are not damaged or torn before use.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and use before the best before date. Heat Patches may cause skin irritation and burns; discontinue use if overheating or sensitivity occurs. Do not apply the adhesive side directly to the skin or delicate fabrics, and avoid using overnight or while sleeping. Consult a doctor prior to use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
DO NOT USE on:
- Infants, children under 12, or individuals unable to remove the wrap independently.
- Broken skin, bruises, or swellings.
- Areas combined with other heat sources or skin medications.
- The same area for more than 12 hours within a 24-hour period.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
