Directions for Use
To use the FlexEze Heat Wrap:
- Remove the Heat Patches from their packaging.
- Insert one or two Heat Patches into the Body Wrap without removing the adhesive backing. Ensure the paper side faces away from the body.
- Position the wrap around the desired treatment area and secure it using the Velcro. It is primarily designed for the lower back but can also be used on other joints.
The product activates upon exposure to air and reaches its full temperature in approximately 30 minutes. Use with caution if you have sensitive skin, and do not apply directly to the skin or delicate fabrics.
Storage & Warnings
Store the FlexEze Heat Wrap in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and use it before the best before date.
Warnings:
- Heat Patches may cause skin irritation or burns. Discontinue use if the wrap becomes excessively hot or if skin sensitivity occurs.
- Do not apply the adhesive side of Heat Patches directly to the skin or delicate fabrics.
- Do not use overnight or while sleeping.
- Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis, or if you are pregnant.
- For external use only. In case of ingestion or contact with eyes/skin, rinse with water and seek medical advice.
- Avoid using on:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
