General Information
Flamigel® is a hydro-active colloid gel designed for the treatment of minor wounds, including grazes, cuts, and superficial burns, such as sunburn. This gel promotes fast healing by covering the wound and maintaining an optimal moist environment. Flamigel® is also suitable for use after laser therapy and on superficial open wounds.
Suitable For: Burns, grazes, sunburn, incisions, post laser therapy, and cryotherapy.

Ingredients
Hydrocolloid, Arginine, Purified water, Macrogol, Branch Chained Fatty Acid (BCFA), Methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate (E218), Propyl-p-hydroxybenzoate (E216), Disodium EDTA.
Directions for Use
Wash hands before and after treating the wound. Clean and dry the wound gently before applying the gel.
- For superficial burns and minor wounds (e.g., grazes, cuts): Apply Flamigel® carefully without rubbing, once or twice daily (for sunburn, apply two to six times daily). If needed, cover with a plaster or dressing, changing daily.
- For superficial open wounds: Apply a thick layer (5 mm) of Flamigel® to the wound, minimizing contact with the edges. Cover with a sterile non-adhesive dressing and fix with gauze or a bandage. Maintain until the gel structure is intact, then switch to a thin layer as new skin forms.
- For open wounds: Change daily, clean and dry before applying cover.
- To remove the gel: Use wet gauze for a simple and pain-free removal.

- For external use only.
- Rare side effects may include irritations or allergic reactions.
- Avoid use if allergic to parabens or any listed ingredients.
- Do not apply on eyelids or in the eyes; rinse with running water and consult a doctor if contact occurs.
- Consult a doctor for extensive, weeping, or infected wounds, as additional treatments may be required.
- If the wound shows signs of swelling, redness, or pain, or does not heal within a few days, seek medical advice.
Immediately discontinue use if irritation or allergy occurs. For serious incidents related to this product, consult your doctor or pharmacist and report to Flen Health and local authorities.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
