By irrigating the nasal and sinus cavities, it removes excess mucus, allergens, and pollutants.
This mild hypertonic solution has a higher salt content than regular saline, gently drawing liquid out of the sinuses. Directions for Use
For optimal results, please refer to the enclosed instruction leaflet. The product can be used by adults and children aged 2 years and older. Follow these steps:
- Tilt your head to the right side.
- Direct the nozzle into the right nostril, aiming slightly back and out toward the top of your right ear.
- Lightly depress the nozzle for 1 to 2 seconds.
- Avoid tilting your head backwards to prevent the solution from entering your throat, which may cause discomfort.
- Repeat the procedure in the left nostril by tilting your head to the left side.
- Use 2 to 3 times per day or as directed by your doctor or ENT specialist.
- Always wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. This device is intended for use by one person only, as sharing may spread infections. Clean the nozzle in soapy water and rinse with hot water after each use. Do not use if the carton seals are missing or broken.
Warnings:
- Pressurised container: May burst if heated.
- Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
- Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking.
- Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
