Directions for Use
FESS Little Noses Saline Nasal Drops + Aspirator can be used from the day your baby is born. It can be applied in three ways: DROP, DRIBBLE, and PULSE to relieve nasal congestion.
Application Methods:
- DROP (0 - 2 years): Gently squeeze the bottle to deliver 1-3 drops of saline into the nostril.
- DRIBBLE (2 years+): Gently squeeze the bottle to dribble 4-6 drops of saline into the nostril.
- PULSE (2 years+): Gently squeeze the bottle 1-2 times to produce a spray of saline into the nostril.
For best results, position your child on their back and tilt their head back. Hold the bottle upside down, angle it towards the ear, and squeeze drops into the nostril. Maintain this position for 1-2 minutes before repeating on the other side. For spray application, have your child sit upright, pulse the bottle into each nostril as directed.
Nasal Aspirator
After applying the drops, use the nasal aspirator to gently clear the loosened mucus. Squeeze the bulb to expel air, place the soft tip at the nostril, and release to draw out mucus. Clean the aspirator after each use with warm soapy water, rinse, and air dry.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. Do not use if carton seals are missing or broken. Keep out of reach of children. Do not push the nasal aspirator into the nostril or squeeze it while in the nostril. The use of this product by more than one person may spread infection. If congestion persists, consult your doctor.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
