Excilor® Easy contains a potent 3% acetic acid formulation designed to acidify the toenail plate, creating an unfavorable environment for fungal growth. The product is equipped with an anti-drying precision tip and utilizes small molecules to ensure rapid penetration of the nail, treating it from the inside out. While Excilor® Easy effectively lowers the pH of the nail, it is important to note that the damaged nail will require time to fully grow out.

Directions for Use
- Clean the toenail thoroughly.
- Completely remove any nail polish prior to application.
- Open the applicator pen by turning the cap.
- Coat the entire toenail generously with the product, avoiding contact with surrounding skin.
- Allow the nail to dry before putting on socks or shoes to facilitate product penetration.
- Apply to the infected area once daily for a duration of three months for optimal results.
- Ensure the applicator is securely closed after each use to prevent evaporation.
A tingling sensation under the nail after application is normal and indicates that the product has penetrated effectively.
Storage & Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; rinse thoroughly with water if exposure occurs. Diabetics with foot issues should consult a healthcare professional before using Excilor® Easy. Individuals with diabetes mellitus, peripheral vascular disease, recurrent cellulitis, lymphatic insufficiency, or any immune compromise should also seek medical advice due to an increased risk of bacterial infections.
Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients. It is not recommended for children, nor for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Avoid applying cosmetics or local medications on the treated nail.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
