We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving full payment. Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided for real-time monitoring of your package's journey.
Returns
Change of Mind Policy: We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. A refund for the purchase price will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions and return authorization. Ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
