All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne, with delivery services currently available exclusively within Australia. Delivery times may vary based on the chosen courier service and destination.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving full payment. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Returns
For change of mind returns, we accept unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of order receipt. A refund will be provided for the purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team for necessary instructions and return authorization. Ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the applicable refund or warranty claim. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
