Directions for Use
To open, use the cap to puncture the seal at the nozzle end. For relief from itching, gently rub the cream into the affected area 2 to 3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. For scabies treatment, please refer to the pack leaflet.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

- May cause skin irritation due to propylene glycol and local skin reactions from cetostearyl alcohol.
Do not use:
- In or around the eyes or mouth.
- On very inflamed skin or on acute eczema.
- If allergic to crotamiton or any other ingredients.
- If pregnant or trying to become pregnant.
- On large areas of skin on small children without consulting a healthcare professional.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are breastfeeding. If symptoms worsen or change unexpectedly, seek advice from a healthcare professional. Always inform your pharmacist of any medications you are currently taking or have taken recently, including over-the-counter drugs. Do not use after the expiry date.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
