General Information
Eno Lemon provides refreshing temporary relief for stomach upsets, including heartburn and acid indigestion. It works by neutralizing excess stomach acid and is available in a convenient powder format. This product is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and older.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients per 5g dose:
- Sodium Bicarbonate: 2.29g
- Sodium Carbonate: 0.50g
- Citric Acid Anhydrous: 2.16g
Also contains: 36.7mmol (843 mg) sodium, Saccharin, Lactose, Gluten.
Directions for Use
For adults and children aged 12 years and above:
- Dissolve 5g (1 Level 5mL measuring spoon) in a minimum of 1 cup (250mL) of water.
- Take orally, with a maximum of 2 doses per day when symptoms occur.
- If a second dose is required, wait at least 2 hours after the first dose.
Storage & Warnings
Do not use if:
- You are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- You have liver, heart, or kidney problems.
- You have high blood pressure or follow a restricted sodium diet.
- The expiry date has passed.
Do not exceed the stated dose or use for more than 14 days. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist.
Consult your doctor before use if:
- You are taking other medicines (Eno may affect absorption).
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have children under 12 years old.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
