Directions for Use
For Adults:
- For Exercise Preparation / Magnesium and Carbohydrate Loading: Mix 1 level scoop (25g) with 200 mL of water. Consume three times per day for 2 to 3 days before an event.
- Before Exercise (Isotonic): Mix 1 level scoop (25g) with 350 mL of water. Drink 30 minutes prior to exercise.
- During Exercise (Isotonic): Mix 1 level scoop (25g) with 350 mL of water. Consume every hour of exercise.
- For Rehydration (Isotonic): Mix 1 level scoop (25g) with 350 mL of water. Drink every 20 minutes during exercise.
- For Everyday Hydration: Mix 1 level scoop (25g) with 350 mL of water or 1 level scoop (25g) with 600 mL of water for a hypotonic mix.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
