Directions for Use

To properly fit the mouthguard, follow these steps:

  1. Place the mouthguard over your upper teeth to test for size. If it's too long, trim it back to a comfortable length.
  2. Boil water and immerse the mouthguard for 10 seconds. Remove it using a large spoon, allowing excess water to drip off.
  3. Immediately insert the mouthguard into your mouth and bite down firmly but gently to create an even fit. While the guard is warm, use your tongue to suck it into place against the roof of your mouth, and mold it around your teeth with your forefinger.
  4. Cool the mouthguard by immersing it in cold water.

Storage & Warnings

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
