Directions for Use
For optimal healing, start by cleansing the wound from dirt and bacteria. Spray the Elastoplast Wound Spray from about 10 cm away onto the entire wound area. If necessary, gently dry the wound and the surrounding skin area. If bleeding persists, apply more gauze pads and keep pressure on the wound while seeking medical advice.
Next, protect the wound from external influences by covering it with the appropriate Elastoplast wound dressing. Change the plaster regularly unless advised otherwise by a doctor.
Usage Steps:
- Step 1: Cleanse the wound, then remove the paper foil and apply the plaster.
- Step 2: Press firmly to ensure all edges are sealed.
- Step 3: Remove the red marked foil.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
