General Information
The Elastoplast Protective Knee Stabiliser offers rigid support and protection for the knee. It features adjustable straps and fasteners for a custom fit, suitable for both right and left knees. This stabiliser is designed to provide extra strong support for stiff, weak, or previously injured knees, helping to prevent re-injury. Its pro stability inlays support medial and lateral movements, while reinforced sides offer secure support to the co-lateral ligaments. The brace also provides warmth and compression to enhance blood flow and aid in the healing process. It is made from breathable polyester and butyl neoprene and fits knee girth sizes ranging from 35 cm to 50 cm.

Directions for Use
Apply the stabiliser only on clean, intact skin as follows:
- Open all closures and ensure the smooth side faces the skin.
- Wrap the middle strap around the leg and attach the fastener.
- Wrap the two remaining straps around the leg and attach the fasteners.
Ensure the product is not uncomfortably tight and does not restrict blood flow. Avoid wearing it for prolonged periods, such as while sleeping. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Seek medical advice if there is any doubt regarding the injury. Do not use if you have vascular diseases or a known allergy to any of the materials. If a rash develops, or if pain persists or conditions worsen, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
