The Elastoplast Advanced Ankle Support provides stabilizing strength, protection, compression, and support for stiff, weak, painful, or injured ankles. Developed in collaboration with physiotherapists, sports doctors, and athletes, this support is ideal for activities that may cause discomfort.
The Large size fits an ankle circumference of 21.5 - 25.5 cm.

Directions for Use
To apply the ankle support:
- Pull the support up your foot, starting with the toes. Ensure the label is on the front.
- Pull the support over your ankle, positioning the inlays around and below your ankle joint.
- Pull the support further up your lower leg until your heel is within the marked heel area.
Wear the support during activities that may cause discomfort. Consult a physician if unsure about the injury.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a dry place. Always apply to clean, intact skin. Ensure the product is not too tight to avoid restricting blood flow.
Avoid prolonged wear, such as while sleeping. Do not use if you have an allergy to any of the specified materials. Consult a physician and discontinue use if a rash develops, if pain persists, or if conditions worsen.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
