Directions for Use
For knee bandage: Measure about 8cm on either side of the knee. Double this length, add about 3cm, and cut. Wrap the bandage around the knee, starting with the cut edge. Fold the bandage back over itself, extending the second layer by 3cm more than the first.
For padded joint bandage: Measure about 8cm on either side of the knee. Triple this length, add about 3cm, and cut. Apply the first layer of the bandage around the knee, then place a layer of cotton wool strips or foam. Fold the bandage back over the wool, repeating the process with another layer of cotton wool and securing it with a third layer of bandage.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
