EASEaCOLD Kids Cough, Cold & Flu Liquid is designed to combat colds in two effective ways. It actively shortens the duration of colds while providing relief from symptoms such as nasal congestion, sore throat, blocked, and runny nose. This 180ml formulation is suitable for children aged 2 years and older and features a delicious berry flavor.

Ingredients
Each 15ml dose contains:
- Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) herb juice dry 114mg (equivalent to fresh herb 5.13g)
- Sambucus Nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry 21.45mg (equivalent to fresh fruit juice 750.75mg)
- Hedera helix (Ivy) leaf extract dry concentrate 41.03mg (equivalent to dry leaf 328.2mg)
- Zinc (as Zinc sulfate monohydrate) 3mg
Contains gluten, pollen, sulfites, benzoates, sorbates, and sugars.
Directions for Use
Shake well before use. For cold and flu symptoms, administer the following dosages:
- Children 2-4 years: 5ml (1 tsp) three times per day
- Children 5-8 years: 12.5ml (2.5 tsp) twice per day
- Children 9-10 years: 15ml (3 tsp) twice per day
- Children 11-12 years: 17.5ml (3.5 tsp) twice per day
For immune support:
- Children 2-8 years: 5ml (1 tsp) once per day
- Children 9-12 years: 10ml (2 tsp) once per day
It is best to start treatment at the first sign of cold or flu symptoms.
Storage & Warnings
Store at a temperature of 25°C. Not suitable for children under two years of age. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional. This product contains gluten, pollen, sulfites, benzoates, sorbates, and sugars. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Once opened, keep tightly sealed. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
