This product works in two ways: it actively shortens your cold through a proprietary blend of active ingredients and provides effective relief from symptoms such as cough, mild fever, pain, sore throat, and nasal congestion. Additionally, it includes Valerian, which is traditionally used to promote restful sleep.

- Zinc (as Zinc sulfate monohydrate) 12mg
- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 250mg
- Salix alba (White Willow) stem bark extract dry concentrate 77.4mg (equivalent to dry stem bark 1.2g)
- Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome extract dry concentrate 45.5mg (equivalent to dry rhizome 500mg)
- Garlic Oil 833 micrograms
- Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) rhizome extract dry concentrate 62.5mg (equivalent to dry rhizome 500mg)
Active ingredients in each NIGHT soft capsule include:
- Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) herb juice dry 44.4mg (equivalent to fresh herb 2g)
- Salix alba (White Willow) stem bark extract dry concentrate 64.5mg (equivalent to dry stem bark 1g)
- Garlic Oil 167 micrograms
- Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) rhizome extract dry concentrate 62.5mg (equivalent to dry rhizome 500mg)
- Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root extract dry concentrate 444mg (equivalent to dry root 2g)
Contains soybean products and sulfites. Allergen: Soybean.
Directions for Use
For adults, swallow with a glass of water. If you have difficulty swallowing, you may pierce or squeeze the contents into food.
For cold and flu symptoms, it is recommended to start at the first signs of illness:
- DAY Capsules: Take 1 soft capsule four times a day with food.
- NIGHT Capsules: Take 1 soft capsule one hour before bedtime.
For immune support, take 1 DAY capsule per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Storage & Warnings
Store at a temperature of 25°C.
WARNING: Contains zinc, which may be harmful in large doses or with prolonged use. Contains soybean products and sulfites. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. In rare cases, valerian may affect liver function. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under 18 years. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not use if blister foil is broken.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
