EASEaCOLD Cold & Flu Day/Night is designed to combat colds in two effective ways. It helps to shorten the duration of your cold while providing relief from various symptoms such as nasal congestion, sore throat, blocked and runny nose, and mild upper respiratory tract congestion. Additionally, it supports refreshing and deep sleep.

Each DAY soft capsule contains:
- Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) herb juice dry 111.2mg (equivalent to fresh herb 5g)
- Zinc (as Zinc citrate dihydrate) 12mg
Each NIGHT soft capsule contains:
- Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) herb juice dry 55.6mg (equivalent to fresh herb 2.5g)
- Zinc (as Zinc citrate dihydrate) 6mg
- Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root extract dry concentrate 167mg (equivalent to dry root 1g)

Directions for Use
For Adults:
Cold & Flu Symptoms:
Begin taking at the first signs of cold symptoms:
- DAY Capsules: Take 1 soft capsule 3 times a day with food.
- NIGHT Capsules: Take 2 soft capsules one hour before bedtime.
Immune Support:
- DAY Capsules: Take 1 soft capsule per day to support immune system health and function, or as directed by your health professional.
Storage & Warnings
Storage Temperature: Store below 25°C
Warnings:
- Contains zinc, which can be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for extended periods.
- Contains soya bean products and sulphites.
- If symptoms persist, consult your health professional.
- In rare cases, valerian may affect liver function. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
- Seek medical advice before use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- For adults only. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Do not use if blister foil is broken.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
