Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Carbamide peroxide 65mg/mL

Other Ingredients: Glycerol, Succinic acid

Directions for Use

To use, tilt your head to one side and place 5 to 10 drops into the ear. You may lightly plug the ear with cotton wool to prevent leakage. Keep your head tilted for several minutes, then remove the cotton wool and repeat the process in the other ear. It is recommended to use this product twice daily for up to four days or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Storage & Warnings

For external use only. Do not use if the eardrum is perforated or if any discharge is present. Avoid use if there is pain or dizziness, or if ear surgery has been performed within the past six weeks. This product is not recommended for treating pain from raw inflamed tissue, swimmer's ear, or itching of the ear canal. Use in children under 12 years only on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist. Avoid contact with eyes or flames. If pain or irritation occurs, or if the condition persists, consult your doctor.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
