Directions for Use

Follow these steps for accurate testing:

  • Ensure that the test device, specimen, and controls are at room temperature (15-30 degrees C) before starting.
  • Instruct the donor to avoid placing anything in their mouth, including food, drink, gum, or tobacco, for at least 10 minutes prior to collection.
  • Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening. Remove the test from the sealed pouch and use within 1 hour.
  • Remove the device cap and collect the oral fluid specimen by placing the absorbent wick against the upper and lower jaws to enrich the oral fluid. Actively swab around the gums on both sides of the mouth 10-15 times to assist saturation. Place the wick under the tongue to collect fluid until flow appears in the test windows (approximately 60 seconds). If no flow appears, repeat the procedure until flow is achieved or discard the device and start over with a new one.
  • Place the test device on a clean, level surface.
  • Read the test result between 3 and 10 minutes.
  • If all lines are visible at 3 minutes, the test is negative and can be discarded. If any lines are not visible at 3 minutes, check again at 10 minutes.

Interpretation of Results

  • Negative: A colored line appears in the control region (C) and a line appears in the test region (T). This indicates that drug concentrations are below cut-off levels.
  • Positive: A colored line appears in the control region (C), but no line appears in the test region (T). This indicates that drug concentration exceeds cut-off levels.
  • Invalid: No line appears in the control region (C). This could be due to insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedure. Review instructions and retest with a new device. If still invalid, contact the manufacturer.

Storage & Warnings

Store the kit at a temperature between 2 and 30 degrees C.

  • A positive test result does not indicate the concentration of the drug or the method of administration.
  • A negative result does not confirm a drug-free specimen; drugs may be present below the assay's cut-off level.
  • The test does not differentiate between drugs of abuse and certain medications.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
