Directions for Use
To ensure accurate results:
- Avoid placing anything in your mouth (food, drink, gum, or tobacco) for at least 10 minutes prior to collection.
- Allow 20 minutes for testing and results.
- Take the oral fluid collector (swab) from the sealed pouch and insert the swab end into your mouth.
- Swab the inside of your mouth for at least 3 minutes, ensuring full saturation of the swab.
- Place the saturated swab into the provided collection tube, pressing it fully inside to drain the fluid.
- After removing the swab, screw the lid tightly back on the collection tube and discard the swab.
- Gently shake the collection tube for 10 seconds and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Take the test cassette from the sealed pouch and place it on a clean, level surface.
- Transfer 3 drops of the oral fluid specimen (approximately 120 µL) into the well of the test cassette and start the timer.
- Wait for the colored line(s) to appear and read results at 5 minutes; do not read results after 15 minutes.
Storage & Warnings
Store at a temperature between 2 - 30 degrees Celsius.
- A positive test result does not indicate the concentration of drugs in the specimen or the route of administration.
- A negative result does not guarantee a drug-free specimen; drugs may still be present below the cut-off level.
- The test cannot distinguish between drugs of abuse and certain medications.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
