Directions for Use
Dr. Wolff's V-san Moisturising Cream can be applied inside the vagina using the provided applicator or directly to the external genital area. For internal use, fill the applicator halfway (approximately 2.5 g of cream) and insert it into the vagina, preferably before bedtime. Depending on individual symptoms, it can be used once daily or as needed. It is advisable to wear a panty liner while using this product.
Storage & Warnings
Consult a doctor if severe symptoms of vaginal dryness occur or if the cream does not alleviate symptoms effectively. This product does not contain spermicides and does not offer protection against unwanted pregnancy. Avoid use if you have known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients, if you have a vaginal infection, or immediately after childbirth. If the tube or applicator is damaged, or if there are changes in the appearance of the cream, do not use and inform the manufacturer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
