Dr. Scholl's™ Soothing & Revitalising Foot Mask consists of self-heating booties designed to provide warmth and enhance the absorption of key ingredients such as Epsom salt and menthol, targeting deep muscle relaxation in the feet. This specially formulated mask offers fast and lasting relief from everyday foot discomfort, similar to the effects of a soothing bath. Infused with shea butter, lavender, and peppermint essential oils, it leaves feet feeling soft, moisturized, and rejuvenated.
Maximum foot size length: 305mm. Each box contains 1 pair of foot masks.

Directions for Use
- Open the mask pack by gripping both sides below the seam and tugging apart.
- Apply each sock to clean, dry feet, securing in place with the attached sticker.
- Relax; a slight tingling sensation is normal. Remove the masks after 30 minutes.
- Gently massage any remaining cream into the skin and remove excess with a towel.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place.
Do not walk while wearing the foot mask to prevent slipping or falling. Avoid application on damaged or inflamed skin. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Avoid contact with eyes.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
