Directions for Use
- Cleanse and dry your face.
- Remove the mask from the sachet and peel away one side of the protective mesh film.
- Apply the gel side to your face, adjusting until smooth and properly positioned. Then remove the second side of the protective film.
- Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the mask and dispose of it.
- Massage any remaining serum over your face and neck.
Use the mask immediately after opening to prevent drying out. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse with water. If skin irritation occurs, remove the mask and rinse with water. For external use only.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
