Difflam Dual Action Lozenges provide fast relief for sore throats through their unique antibacterial and anti-inflammatory formula. These lozenges address inflammation, which is a common cause of sore throat pain, by reducing swelling and soothing discomfort.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients in each lozenge:
- Benzydamine hydrochloride 3.0 mg
- Cetylpyridinium chloride 1.33 mg
Contains: Sucralose, Isomalt (31g per 12 lozenges, recommended maximum daily dose).
Free from allergens: Lactose, Gluten, Sugar.
Directions for Use
For adults and children aged 6 years and over:
- Dosage: 1 lozenge as needed.
- For severe cases: Every 1-2 hours as required (maximum of 12 lozenges per day).
- Slowly dissolve lozenge in the mouth one at a time. Do not chew.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C.
Do not use this medicine if:
- The blister seal is broken
- It is past the expiry date
- You are allergic to benzydamine or other anti-inflammatory medicines. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
While using this medicine:
- Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children under 6 years.
- The effectiveness of an antibacterial agent in lozenges for reducing the severity or duration of throat infections has not been clinically established.
- If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
- Uninterrupted treatment should not exceed 7 days unless under medical supervision.
Note: Contains Sucralose and Isomalt (31g per 12 lozenges, recommended maximum daily dose). Products containing Isomalt may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
