General Information
Difflam Dual Action Lozenges provide fast pain relief for sore throats. These lozenges contain the anti-inflammatory ingredient benzydamine, which is clinically proven to reduce swelling and pain caused by inflammation. Designed to address the causes of throat pain, Difflam Lozenges soothe and decrease inflammation effectively.
Available in a variety of flavors including Honey & Lemon, Strawberry, Orange, and Raspberry, these lozenges are suitable for adults and children aged 6 years and older. Each pack contains 16 lozenges and is free from sugar, gluten, and lactose.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Benzydamine hydrochloride 3mg, Cetylpyridinium chloride 1.33mg
Other Ingredients: Carmoisine, citric acid, flavoring, isomalt, menthol, sucralose
Directions for Use
For optimal results, dissolve one lozenge in your mouth at a time. Do not chew the lozenge.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use this medicine if:
- The blister seal is broken
- The product is past its expiry date
- You are allergic to benzydamine or other anti-inflammatory medicines
If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor. This product contains sucralose and 31g of isomalt per 12 lozenges, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
