Directions for Use
For Adults and Children Over 12 Years:
- Dosage: Spray 4-8 times directly onto the sore/inflamed area. Swallow gently.
- Frequency: Every 1.5 - 3 hours as needed.
For Children Aged 6-12 Years:
- Dosage: Spray 4 times directly onto the sore/inflamed area. Swallow gently.
- Frequency: Every 1.5 - 3 hours as needed.
Before the first use or after a period of non-use, prime the spray by pressing the pump until the mist is released. After use, wipe the nozzle with a tissue to prevent blockage.
Storage & Warnings
Storage Temperature: Below 25°C
Do not use this medicine if:
- Under 12 years of age.
- Past the expiry date.
- Allergic to benzydamine or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
In case of an allergic reaction, discontinue use and seek medical attention. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or may become pregnant.
While using this medicine:
- Avoid inhalation of the product.
- Use with caution if you have asthma.
- Do not consume hot food or drink immediately after using the spray due to its anaesthetic effect.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- The efficacy of the antibacterial agent has not been clinically established for reducing the severity or duration of throat infections.
- If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Keep out of reach of children. Uninterrupted treatment should not exceed 7 days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
