Directions for Use
Aim the nozzle into the bathroom basin or shower. Press the "Switch" to start, followed by the rear pause button to stop water flow while you select your preferred mode. Press the "Mode Selection" switch to choose the desired water spraying mode, indicated by a light. When ready to floss, place the nozzle in your mouth, close your mouth gently, and release the pause button to activate water flow. Use the pause function as needed during your flossing routine. Keep the machine upright while cleaning, and remember to turn it off after use to avoid splashing.
For best results, use the flosser once a day. If the nozzle accidentally sticks to the gum and gets blocked, the machine will stop automatically to prevent injury. Connect the charger to reset the device after an automatic shutdown.
Storage & Warnings
- Not suitable for children under 8. Can be used by children aged 8 and older under supervision.
- Keep out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
- Do not use with salt, iodine, or bleaching agents, as they may affect performance and lifespan.
- This product contains a rechargeable lithium battery.
- After each use, drain the water tank and store the unit upright. Recharge as necessary.
- Replace the nozzle every 6 months for hygiene. If the nozzle tip is deformed, replace it immediately.
- For cleaning, remove the water tank and wash with water not exceeding 50 degrees Celsius. Ensure the unit is dry before storing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
