Directions for Use
Whitening Strips
Use once a day for 14 days, or for quicker results, twice a day for 7 days (note: this may increase sensitivity). Avoid applying to gums. Steps to use:
- Open the strips packet and tear off the strips from the back liner.
- Apply the gel side against your teeth, aligning with the gum edge.
- Apply gentle pressure to mold the strip securely.
- Peel off the strips after 20-30 minutes and rinse your mouth with water.
Tongue Cleaner
Gently scrape the tongue from back to front several times to remove bacteria.
Water Flosser
To use the water flosser:
- Aim the nozzle into the bathroom basin or shower.
- Press the "Switch" to start and then press the rear pause button to stop water flow during mode selection.
- Select your preferred water spraying mode using the "Mode Selection" switch.
- Close your mouth gently around the nozzle and release the pause button to activate water flow.
- Maintain the unit upright while cleaning.
- After use, turn off the unit while it is still in your mouth to avoid splashing.
Storage & Warnings
Whitening Strips
Store in a dry place below 20 degrees Celsius. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with water immediately. Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with mouth ulcers or gum injuries. Do not swallow strips.
Tongue Cleaner
Always read the label and follow directions. Do not use if the sealed bag is opened or torn. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 10.
Water Flosser
Not suitable for children under 8. Can be used by those aged 8 and above with supervision. Keep out of reach of children under 8. Do not add salt, iodine or bleaching agents to the tank, as this may affect performance. After each use, drain the water tank and clean the unit regularly for best hygiene.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
