Ingredients
Each 5 mL contains:
- Hedera helix leaf extract dry concentrate equivalent to dry leaf 100 mg
- Zinc (from zinc gluconate) 785 micrograms
- Other ingredients: citric acid, flavor, glycerol, potassium sorbate, purified water, sambucus nigra, simethicone, sorbitol solution (70 percent), xanthan gum
Contains sorbate and sorbitol (2.9 g/20 mL). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea. Allergen free from lactose and gluten.
Directions for Use
Measure the dose using the medicine cup provided:
- For children 2-5 years: 5 mL, 2 times per day (maximum daily dose: 10 mL)
- For children 6-11 years: 10 mL, 2 times per day (maximum daily dose: 20 mL)
After use:
- Rinse the measuring cup with warm water and allow to dry.
- Replace the cap firmly.
Do not use this medicine in children under 2 years of age except on the advice of a healthcare professional. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25°C. Packaging is recyclable. Do not use if the tamper evident seal is broken. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist. Contains sorbate and sorbitol (2.9 g/20 mL); products with sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
