    Directions for Use

    Massage onto the desired area. On the first application, apply sparingly as individuals may experience warmth differently. If a stronger effect is desired, reapply as necessary. Use as needed, and remember to replace the cap after use.

    Storage & Warnings

    DO NOT:

    • Use on the same area for more than 12 hours within any 24-hour period.
    • Apply to the face, mucous membranes, wounds, broken skin, bruises, or swelling.
    • Use on infants, children, or individuals unable to remove the product on their own.
    • Combine with other skin medications or heat sources.
    • Bandage over the product.
    • Cut, massage, or fold the product.
    • Attempt to reheat or microwave.
    • Use while asleep or with prolonged pressure against the product.
    • Use if the packaging is punctured or torn.

      Non-Damaged Returns
      If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

      Restocking Fees
      Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

      Return Timeframe

      • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
      • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

      Return Authorization
