Cutimed Siltec Sorbact B is designed to prevent and treat wound infections while facilitating the healing process. This foam dressing utilizes Sorbact Technology to bind, inhibit, and remove bacteria from the wound bed, effectively absorbing and retaining exudate. The dressing can bind wound-related pathogens for up to 7 days.

Ingredients
The dressing consists of a Sorbact DACC coated wound contact layer, combined with an absorbent polyurethane foam featuring super absorbent stripes and a silicone adhesive border.
Directions for Use
- Prepare the wound and surrounding skin per local clinical practice, ensuring the area is clean and dry.
- Select a dressing size and shape that adequately covers the wound, ensuring the pad overlaps the margins. Avoid cutting the dressing.
- Open the peel pouch and remove the dressing using aseptic technique.
- Remove the protective film and apply the dressing to the wound, ensuring the Sorbact contact layer is in direct contact with the wound surface.
- Avoid stretching the dressing during application.
- Change the dressing based on exudate levels and wound condition; it can be left in place for up to 7 days if clinically appropriate.
- Gently remove and discard the dressing when changing.
Storage & Warnings
Always follow the instructions for use, including safety information provided with the product. Store in a cool, dry place.
Indications
Cutimed Siltec Sorbact B is intended for managing clean, contaminated, colonized, or infected wounds with low to high exudate levels. This includes surgical wounds, traumatic wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and leg ulcers. It is suitable for superficial wounds.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
