Standard delivery times are as follows: 1 business day for local deliveries in Victoria, and 3-5 business days for other major cities in Australia, with longer times for rural areas.

Returns

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us for assistance. We will guide you through the return process, which includes inspecting the returned item. If the item shows signs of misuse or non-compliance with manufacturer instructions, the return claim may be rejected.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in resale condition. Please note that returns for in-ear headphones are not accepted for hygienic reasons.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
